About Salyna

Salyna Gracie is an accomplished chef and baker with over 20 years experience and a graduate of the Advanced Wedding Cake Design program at the Culinary Institute of America.

Salyna has been serving Methow Valley residents and visitors with her delicious cakes and confections since 1997, and is affectionately known as “The Cake Lady”. 

Salyna's knowledge and skill with many sugar art mediums gives her cakes that one-of-a-kind look that brings her customers back again and again.
